Gen X behind changing nature of work, not millennials (CNBC)

Generation X, those born between 1965 and 1981, are playing a critical — but underappreciated — role in leadership as companies move forward with the digital transformation, according to a report in CNBC. Already, they represent 51% of leadership roles globally, and they are poised to assume more. And the oldest Gen X workers will still be in the workforce for the next 10 years and the youngest for more than 30.
