Futuris Co., a global human capital management firm, today announced the cancellation of its previously announced acquisition of LotusUSA Inc., a specialist resourcing consultancy provider based in Los Angeles.

Futuris first announced the deal in November. A reason for the change was not mentioned.

“We continue to forge ahead with building our brand and will continue to update our shareholders with all progress that we make,” said Futuris President Kalyan Pathuri in a press release.

LotusUSA provides junior- to mid-senior-level professionals to local, state and federal government agencies in information technology and healthcare. Among other services, it provides staffing, process outsourcing services, technology solutions, engineering services and application development.

Madhuri Yalamanchi owns LotusUSA Inc. There was no change of ownership.
