Futuris Co. (OTCMKTS: FTRS) acquired Insigma, an IT staffing and services provider based in Reston, Virginia.

Insigma anticipates an annual revenue run rate of more than $10 million and has back-office offshore delivery team of more than 70 people, Futuris CEO/CFO Robert Day indicated in a press release. Insigma has a presence in the US, India, Mexico, Bulgaria and China.

Futuris, based in Rockville, Maryland, focuses on executive search, staffing, consulting and tech services. The company said it has made seven acquisitions in the past two years, including Savantis Solutions LLC in June 2022, and plans further deals.

No terms of the deal were disclosed in the press release, but Futuris has been contacted for further information.
