Bob Funk Sr., co-founder of staffing firm Express Employment Professionals, stepped down from his role as CEO, and is being replaced by co-founder Bill Stoller, The Oklahoman newspaper reported. The transition follows a years-long legal battle between the partners that included allegations Funk diverted $134 million of company funds for personal use. Funk remains with the Oklahoma City company as president and board vice chairman.
