Founder of The Reserves Network passes away

November 30, 2022

The Reserves Network, a staffing firm based in Fairview Park, Ohio, announced company founder Don Stallard has passed away.

Stallard founded The Reserves Network in 1984 as a one-office executive recruiting firm. Today, it has 45 locations in the Midwest, Northeast, Southeast and Southwest. It ranks on the Largest US Staffing Firms list.

In 2012, Stallard transitioned the role of CEO to his son, Neil Stallard, though he remained as chairman and close advisor.

“Don put it all on the line almost 39 years ago, and he could not be prouder of what we've become,” said Neil Stallard. “He was the first to admit The Reserves Network today is beyond his wildest dreams. Don brought our values of quality, reliability and integrity to life and always led by example.”

Don Stallard was awarded Entrepreneur of the Year from Inc. magazine in 1994, recognized as a “Significant Sig” by the Sigma Chi Foundation in 2006 and appeared on SIA’s Staffing 100 list in 2012.

He also served on the board of the American Staffing Association, the Greater Cleveland Growth Association and the Kent State University Foundation.
