A former contracted recruiter sued Cisco Systems and Randstad this week in North Carolina claiming racial discrimination, according to The (Durham, NC) Herald-Sun newspaper. Michelle Brief-McGurrin claimed in the lawsuit that she was terminated because she complained about racial discrimination in Cisco’s recruiting process and that she was treated differently from white employees.
