Eight branch offices of Flexicrew Staffing, which provides light industrial and stevedore staffing, were sold to an undisclosed buyer. The branches are located on the Gulf Coast from Texas to the Florida Panhandle. Stevedore workers load and unload cargo from ships.

The deal closed at the start of the month; terms of the transaction were not announced.
