Field Nation, a freelancer management system provider, named Teri Calderon to the newly created role of executive VP of human resources. Calderon will oversee strategic talent management solutions and employee development and training programs at the organization.

Calderon most recently was senior VP of human resources at Attero Human Capital Group, where she was responsible for overseeing the implementation and execution of the talent management, workforce planning, and employee training and development programs.

“Teri’s background perfectly suits our need to attract and develop top talent at Field Nation,” said CEO Mynul Khan. “Her 20 years of human resources and staffing expertise will be invaluable as we continue our rapid growth on the local and national level, and will help us establish an award-winning company culture that continues to drive innovation and break down the barriers to work.”

Field Nation in the last two years increased its internal employee headcount to 150 employees from 50. In October, it closed a $30 million investment led by Susquehanna Growth Equity.
