Express Employment Professionals, the sixth-largest US staffing firm, appointed Steve Scully as its first chief sales and marketing officer and promoted Keith McFall to the position of chief operating officer.

Scully is a former Express franchise owner and had served as executive VP of sales and marketing at the company’s international headquarters. As executive VP of sales and marketing, Scully oversaw the development of the company’s strategic accounts team and organizational restructuring to the sales teams. He joined the team at the international headquarters in 2018.

Prior to being named COO, McFall was general counsel and executive VP. He first joined the company in 2013. In his previous role, he oversaw creation of the company’s legal department and instituted the compliance group, which is dedicated to ensuring franchisees are prepared for employment and regulatory changes.

“These positions, filled by two individuals who have impressive backgrounds and proven success at Express Headquarters, ensure we have the right leadership in place as we continue to grow and thrive,” CEO Bill Stoller said.
