Boston-based Erecruit Holdings LLC, a provider of enterprise software for staffing firms, acquired Innovantage, a UK-based analytics provider in the talent ecosystem.

Innovantage tracks millions of online job postings advertised on major job boards, as well as thousands of company websites, to provide analysis of recruitment demand. Staffing firms and job boards use the insights to track customer and competitor online recruitment activity, find companies with the most active and immediate recruitment needs, as well as identify current hiring trends and anticipate future demand.

“Innovantage now enables us to provide our customers with critical market data in addition to our industry-leading software technologies,” said Erecruit President and CEO Dominic Gallello. “Delivering new sales leads is a service that will provide great value to our clients.”

Innovantage initially will be offered as a stand-alone product, and over time as an integrated solution with all Erecruit and Adapt applications.

Erecruit in 2017 merged with staffing and recruitment software provider Bond International Software; once both were owned by private equity firm Symphony Technology Group but now operate under the Erecruit brand. It provides front-office, middle-office, credentialing and VMS solutions for enterprise staffing firms; Adapt front- and back-office software for midmarket firms; eStaff365 onboarding; and TempBuddy, a temporary workforce management platform and mobile worker app.
