EmployBridge named Hugo Malan as president of its portfolio of commercial brands, a new position within the firm. Malan will oversee the ProLogistix, ResourceMFG, Select and ProDrivers brands.

Malan most recently was executive VP and president of talent and technology solutions for engineering and IT staffing provider CDI Corp. (NYSE: CDI). Prior to CDI, Malan held a variety of roles at Sears Holdings, initially as president of the sports and fitness business, and later also as president of the toys business. Previously, he was managing director and global head of talent strategy at Lehman Brothers, and he later moved to a similar role as managing director at Barclays Capital.
