Employbridge Holding Company appointed industry leader Michael Miles to its board of directors. Miles is the founder of SeatonCorp, The Operand Group and INCubatoredu.

Miles is included in the 2014 Staffing 100 list of the most influential people in the industry, and received the Peter Yessne Staffing Innovator Award from Staffing Industry Analysts in 2013.

In 1988, Miles co-founded Chicago-based staffing provider SeatonCorp, which TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI) acquired in 2014 for $310 million. In 2012, he founded INCubatoredu a national non-profit program teaching high school students how to start a business. And in 2015, he co-founded The Operand Group, a private equity fund investing in search funds. Miles is also a board member at Penn Foster, Workplace Answers, Caravel, The Intersect Group and Insertech.

Atlanta-based EmployBridge ranks second on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US. The Select Family of Staffing Companies acquired the company last year for $410 million.
