Columbus, Indiana-based Elwood Staffing today named a new CEO and president.

John Elwood, currently president, will become CEO Sept. 20, assuming responsibility for the day-to-day leadership of the company. John Elwood has held a leadership role since joining the company in 1996 and takes over as CEO from his brother, Mark Elwood, who will continue to serve as board chairman and remain active in helping the organization.

In addition, Diane Bohman, currently senior VP of MSP solutions, will become president. Bohman joined Elwood in 2019 and has more than 20 years of leadership experience. Her priorities will include positioning Elwood to take advantage of the unprecedented demand for labor as well as strengthening Elwood's sales and order fulfillment capabilities and further developing Elwood's MSP, RPO and executive search and placement offerings. Bohman will report to CEO John Elwood.

“I am excited to assume the role of CEO and for the future of Elwood,” said John Elwood. “Mark and I have worked together for more than 25 years, and we’re looking forward to continuing to work together. Regardless of title, we’re committed to helping Elwood thrive.”
