Columbus, Ind.-based Elwood Staffing acquired commercial staffing firm White Staffing Management, its sixth acquisition in the past three years. The deal includes four White Staffing Management branch offices located in Bowling Green and Hopkinsville, Ken., and Gallatin and La Vergne, Tenn.

The transaction closed June 6; terms were not disclosed.

Elwood will rebrand all White Staffing Management offices under the Elwood Staffing name. All White Staffing employees are expected to remain with Elwood Staffing.

With the acquisition of White Staffing Management, Elwood counts more than 250 service locations, annual revenue of approximately $900 million, employment of approximately 25,000 temporary associates daily and partnerships with more than 6,000 companies annually.
