Elwood Staffing acquired Advanced Personnel, a provider of light industrial and clerical staffing with offices in Wichita, Kansas, and Kansas City, Missouri. It’s the second buy this year for Elwood, which announced the acquisition of IES Custom Staffing Solutions in January.

Terms of the Advanced Personnel deal were not announced, and plans call for the acquired offices to be rebranded under the Elwood Staffing name.

The acquisitions were part of Elwood Staffing’s overall expansion plans.

“We are pushing hard to expand our footprint across the country,” Elwood Staffing President Diane Bohman said. “We opened 10 new branches last year, and we plan to open even more in 2023.”

Elwood Staffing employs more than 135,000 temporary associates annually.
