The Pedowitz Group, a marketing/creative staffing provider, is acquiring BizMark CT LLC, a B2B marketing and communication agency based in Westport, Connecticut.

With the acquisition, The Pedowitz Group aims to have an end-to-end offering that includes strategy consulting, technology consulting, staff augmentation and full creative and agency services.

“Adding such award-winning creative services adds to the end-to-end revenue marketing capabilities that are so essential in today’s customer-centric, digital world,” said Jeff Pedowitz, CEO of The Pedowitz Group.

Plans call for the entire BizMark team to remain with the combined company. They will operate as the creative and agency services arm of The Pedowitz Group. BizMark founder Ed Gillespie will lead this new division.

The deal is expected to close Aug. 15.
