A judge recently ruled against Chicago-based Xing Ying Employment Agency saying its ads offering Mexican workers were discriminatory, according to a Society for Human Resource Management article. Employers may not public job ads that state preferences for workers based on protected characteristics such as race, color, religion, gender or national origin.
