Cornerstone Staffing Solutions, a national staffing and recruiting firm, acquired New Jersey recruitment firm The Wyckoff Group.

The transaction closed at the end of the year; terms were not disclosed.

TWG’s offices in Shrewsbury, Spotswood, and Lakewood, NJ, will remain and are transitioning to the Cornerstone brand. All key Wyckoff Group personnel remain on staff.

Cornerstone Staffing Solutions was founded in 2003 and targets the following sectors: administrative, call center, logistics and transportation, manufacturing and light industrial, sales and business development, and technical and engineering.

In addition to New Jersey, Cornerstone has offices in Arizona, California, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Pennsylvania and Texas.
