Vermont’s Agency of Digital Services awarded Trigyn Technologies Inc. an IT staffing contract with a maximum value of $5 million. The company announced the deal in a regulatory filing.

The contract calls for Trigyn to provide IT project managers, business analysts and other IT professional staff. They will work to support the implementation of Vermont’s Medicaid Enterprise Systems.

The two-year contract comes with two potential one-year extensions.

Trigyn noted the award continues the expansion of its public-sector business and, in particular, its healthcare and Medicaid business. The company said it’s also working in other states such as New Jersey, New Mexico and New York.

Trigyn operates in 25 countries and is publicly traded in India.
