On Assignment Inc. (NASD: ASGN) announced today that Maine Hospital Association, through its wholly-owned entity Associated Health Resources Inc., expanded its exclusive endorsement with On Assignment to include healthcare IT staffing through the company’s Oxford Healthcare IT division.

VISTA Staffing Solutions, the physician division of On Assignment, has had an exclusive endorsed provider relationship with Associated Health Resources since 2004; it was expanded in 2009 to include On Assignment’s allied healthcare and nursing divisions. The exclusive endorsed provider relationship between MHA and On Assignment now offers physician, travel nursing, allied healthcare, health information management, and healthcare IT contract and permanent placement staffing for all MHA member hospitals.
