Consulting Solutions International announced it acquired Technical Resource Group Inc., an IT staffing provider. Technical Resources Group was founded in 1989 by Scott Clary, and it has offices in Dallas and Plano, Texas. Terms of the deal were not announced.

“Scott has built a very successful IT staffing and consulting company by helping his clients find the people with the right skills to complete their IT projects in a timely and cost-effective manner,” said Joe Bendix, CEO of Consulting Solutions International. “Scott will be joining the CSI team as president of the TRG Division, and the entire CSI organization looks forward to working with him and his very seasoned team of professionals, as we continue to expand our market share in this geographic region.”

Consulting Solutions International is a portfolio company of private equity firm White Wolf Capital LLC and based in Tallahassee, Fla. It provides IT staffing. White Wolf recapitalized the company in June 2016. White Wolf Capital also announced in January that Consulting Solutions International acquired IT staffing provider The Vine in Milford, NJ.
