Compunnel Software Group, Inc., a business technology services and staffing provider, acquired Jobhuk, a talent acquisition tech company based in Austin, Texas.

Jobhuk launched in 2013. Its recruitment marketplace platform has a network of more than 2,000 recruiters. Jobhuk CEO and Founder Praneeth Patlola will join the Compunnel team and lead its marketplace efforts going forward.

“With joined forces, we aim to drive disruptive innovation in the HR tech and recruitment spaces by removing the heavy noise in our industry and helping customers find top talent, fast,” Patlola said. “Our recruiter base continues to grow… meaning our core service offering only becomes stronger by the day.”

Compunnel, headquartered in Plainsboro, NJ, provides IT consulting and staffing, custom business application development, eLearning and enterprise applications. It has branches across the US and has more than 2,000 resources in North America. Compunnel closed the 2015 fiscal year with revenue of $125 million.
