IT services giant Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. (NASDAQ: CTSH) struck a deal to acquire Tin Roof Software, a privately held software and digital product development services company based in Atlanta.

The deal is expected to close before the end of the year and is subject to satisfaction of closing conditions. Terms of the transaction were not announced. The company has operations in Atlanta and the Dallas area.

Tin Roof’s services include software design, development, DevOps and delivery services.
