RPO provider Cielo announced last week that it acquired Talent Function, which provides talent consulting services to Fortune 1000 clients. Talent Function, which was started 11 years ago, provides consulting on recruitment strategy, process and technology.

The deal formalizes a partnership between Cielo and Talent Function that was first announced in October.

“Talent Function boasts impressive capabilities and expertise in consulting. We’re excited to have them join our team to further enhance our practices,” Cielo founder and CEO Sue Marks said.

Talent Function is led by CEO Elaine Orler.

The deal presented was “the opportunity to grow and expand on the technology consulting that we do and ultimately go to more of a global system,” Orler said.

Cielo is based in Brookfield, Wisconsin, while Talent Function operates as a virtual company.
