Chartwell Staffing Solutions, a staffing provider based in Lancaster, Penn., named W. Holmes Lilley III as CEO, effective today. Lilley replaces Adam Kidan, who co-founded the company in 2012 and has been CEO for much of that time; Kidan will pursue additional business and philanthropic interests.

Lilley most recently served as general counsel for Chartwell, a position he held since 2016, responsible for all legal and regulatory matters. Lilley has nearly a decade of experience in multiple sectors including healthcare, technology and staffing.

In his new position, Lilley will focus on management of the organization, growth, and developing customer and employee relations.

Chartwell provides light industrial, clerical and professional staffing. It ranks No. 19 on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest industrial staffing firms in the US.
