The Chartis Group, a provider of advisory services and analytics to the healthcare industry, acquired The Greeley Co., whose services include healthcare staffing solutions. Chartis also provides limited staffing services.

The transaction closed in late November; terms were not disclosed. The Greeley Co. brand will remain and its executives will stay with the firm.

Headquartered in the greater Boston area, The Greeley Co. provides clinical effectiveness, regulatory compliance and CMS remediation as well as physician and medical staff services. Its clients range from the large healthcare systems and academic medical centers to remote critical access rural hospitals.
