Careers Launch Talent Group, an executive search and outplacement services provider based in Mesa, Arizona, acquired Signature Hire, a Phoenix -based talent acquisition firm focused on engineering, construction and manufacturing. 

The move aims to expand Careers Launch’s footprint into new markets and industries globally, according to the company.

With the acquisition, Signature Hires founders Bret Harris and Travis Cariveau will become managing partners within the Careers Launch.

“Bret and Travis bring vast knowledge and increased capability to our combined organization. They are experts in the field of engineering and technology,” Careers Launch CEO Curtis LaClaire said in a press release.  “We are happy to welcome them and their global team as we look to set new industry standards and deliver exceptional value to our clients.”

Signature Hire was founded in 2020. Careers Launch Talent Group has been contacted for further comment.
