CareerBuilder LLC appointed Irina Novoselsky to its senior leadership team as president and chief operating officer. The job board operator also named Humair Ghauri as chief product officer.

The announcements come after an investor group closed in early August on its acquisition of a majority of the outstanding equity interests in CareerBuilder.

Novoselsky will direct operational strategy and execution as the company invests in building out new products and processes. She will oversee finance, marketing, go-to-market strategy, customer care and information technology and data security.

Novoselsky previously was president of Novitex Enterprise Solutions. Before Novitex, Novoselsky was an investment strategist for Dubin & Co and an investment professional at Apollo Global Management and at Morgan Stanley in the M&A group.

Chief Product Officer Humair Ghauri is taking the new, expanded position at CareerBuilder, overseeing product and technology teams. He most recently was the chief product officer for ADP. Over the course of two decades, he held senior leadership roles for Skillsoft, SumTotal Systems, Oracle and PeopleSoft, overseeing global product and technology strategies.
