Capital Search, a Lombard, Illinois-based engineering staffing provider, acquired Spaulding Associates, a search firm based in Kennebunk, Maine.

“This strategic move represents a pivotal moment for Capital Search, as it not only expands our portfolio of services but also enhances our ability to serve our clients even better,” Dave Pohlman, president of Capital Search, said in a press statement.

Founded in 2008, Spaulding Associates provides recruitment services in the power delivery engineering industry and enterprises in cyber security and the development of big data solutions.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
