California cities top Indeed’s list of Best Cities for Job Seekers in 2018, released today. Half of the top 10 cities for job seekers on this year’s list are in California, including first-place San Jose and second-place San Francisco.

The list ranks cities on four separate factors – job market favorability, salary ranking, work/life balance and job security and advancement – as well as a final Indeed City Score. The full list includes 25 metros and is available online. Here are the top 10 Indeed City Scores:

3. Boston: 65.4
4. San Diego: 59.1
5. Los Angeles: 57.7
6. Minneapolis: 55.4
7. Sacramento, Calif.: 50.6
