CMRG, a New York-based talent acquisition and advisory services provider, acquired Waddell Recruitment Solutions, a staffing firm based in Darlington, South Carolina.

“This strategic move represents a significant milestone for CMRG,” Crystal McKinsey, founder of CMRG, said in a press statement. “We are thrilled to welcome Waddell Recruitment Solutions into the CMRG family.”

Founded in 2022, Waddell Recruitment Solutions provides staffing services to various industries, notably the consumer-packaged goods sector.  

“Joining forces with CMRG is an exciting prospect for Waddell Recruitment Solutions,” Debbie Waddell, founder of Waddell Recruitment Solutions, said in a press statement. “The cultural synergy and shared dedication to candidate and client relationships create a powerful combination.”

CMRG provides international recruitment services to startups, private equity firms and global brands in various industries. The company was founded in 2017.

Terms of the transaction were not announced.
