CHG Healthcare, the second-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US, named Rob Millard as its new CFO, taking over from Sean Daily, who announced his retirement after nearly two decades with the company.

Millard most recently served as CFO at Earnest Inc. in San Francisco. His previous experience also includes 12 years at Arthur Andersen in New York and 14 years at GE Capital Bank in Salt Lake City.

“I’m excited to have Rob join our team,” CEO Scott Beck said. “His extensive financial expertise and leadership experience will be a valuable contribution to the growth and success of our company.”
