CFO of ADP to step down

ADP (NASD: ADP) CFO Jan Siegmund notified the company of his intention to leave, according to a filing today with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. Siegmund’s departure date has not been determined and no reason was provided.

Siegmund joined ADP in June 1999 as VP, corporate strategy. In 2000, he transferred to ADP's brokerage services group as senior VP for strategy and business development. He later became corporate VP, leading ADP’s strategy, marketing, product management, government affairs, and corporate development group. He was appointed corporate VP and CFO in November 2012.

The Roseland, NJ-based firm provides payroll, PEO and other services.
