Bullhorn, a provider of software to staffing firms, acquired Mployee, a Netherlands-based provider of front- and middle-office software for staffing firms. Mployee is built on the Salesforce platform.

The deal expands Bullhorn’s Salesforce-based enterprise offerings. Bullhorn will be able to provide an end-to-end offering built on the Salesforce platform by combining Mployee’s middle-office capabilities with its own front-office functionality.

“We’ve seen tremendous growth in customers using Bullhorn for Salesforce globally in recent years, and this acquisition will help us better support those agencies throughout the world in delivering more efficient middle-office operations,” Matt Fischer, president and chief operating officer at Bullhorn, said in a press release.

The deal closed Jan. 5. Terms of the transaction were not announced.

“We’re very excited to join Bullhorn to further our efforts to drive the digital revolution of the staffing industry,” Mployee CEO Karen Weebers said in a press release. “Bullhorn has the resources to invest in Mployee’s product roadmap and bring our solutions to even more recruitment agencies.”
