Brightfield Strategies named Paul Ginocchio as CFO and Michael Benyamin as business development officer. Brightfield Strategies is the consulting partner to Staffing Industry Analysts’ Contingent Workforce Strategies council of staffing buyers.

Ginocchio most recently spent 18 years at Deutsche Bank as an equity analyst in London, New York and San Francisco, covering information services, consulting and staffing companies among others.

Benyamin will lead Brightfield’s consulting and sales efforts. He most recently was the HR executive at Bank of America, leading HR reporting and the Workday Center of Excellence. Prior to Bank of America, Benyamin spent 15 years at HR consultancy Towers Watson where he advised global corporations on talent-related topics and led various firm offerings such as human capital benchmarking.

“Paul and Michael are seasoned executives with a deep understanding of our marketplace and clients and their hiring reflects Brightfield’s commitment to scaling our consulting and analytics services to deliver ever-greater value to our clients,” CEO Ron Mester said. “We’re thrilled to have two executives of this caliber joining our team and we know our clients will be thrilled as well.”
