Brands merge to form staffing firm Apolis

October 18, 2018

Three firms merged to become Apolis, a $70 million IT staffing and cloud solutions company. The company is headquartered in El Segundo, Calif., with India-based operations in Noida, India.

The three firms that merged to form Apolis are RJT Compuquest, RJT Solution Beacon and RJT Compusolutions. However, the three entities will continue to be privately owned and operated by co-founders Amar Shokeen and Rita Shokeen. Amar Shokeen is now CEO of Apolis, while Rita Shokeen is COO.

Other executive management appointments are Lori Tabb, chief marketing officer; Michael Follin, senior VP sales; Doug Jett, senior VP managed services; Arjun Shokeen, VP strategy; and Timothy Vo, director of global recruitment.

“We understand that what got us to 20 years and $70 million is not necessarily what will guide us through the next 20 years, thus the re-organization and renewed commitment to the future,” said Amar Shokeen. “The move to the cloud has drastically changed the way we do business and will continue to evolve for quite some time.”
