Bond International Software Inc., a staffing and recruitment software provider, appointed former COO Dave Williams as CEO, effective Aug. 28. He replaces President and CEO Steve Taylor, who is leaving the firm.

The president and COO positions are not currently being filled.

Taylor became president and CEO of Bond VCG in February of 2003, and retained the same role when Bond International merged its three US operating divisions into one entity in 2011.

“After four great years leading the Bond US team, and more than 19 years in the staffing and recruiting industry, I’ve accepted a new professional challenge outside of the industry,” said Taylor. “It has been a privilege to have led Bond during this important chapter in its history, and a testament to the terrific people I’ve worked with that we have made Bond into the leader it is today.”

Williams joined Bond as COO in February 2007 when it was still VCG and became COO of Bond following the merge in 2011.
