Belcan LLC, an engineering consulting and staffing provider, acquired Cincinnati-based RTM Consulting, a Cincinnati-based provider of advisory services to tech companies.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Founded in 2007, RTM Consulting provides digital resource management, business optimization, digital transformation, professional education and other consulting services.

“The compelling need to efficiently allocate resources continues to create demand for improved project management tools and technology, said Belcan CEO Lance Kwasniewski. “In addition, the scarcity of STEM resources heightens the need for next-generation resource development and deployment systems.”

Belcan, also based in Cincinnati, ranks 10th on SIA’s list of largest engineering staffing firms in the US. It supplies engineering, supply chain, technical recruiting and IT services to the aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial and government sectors.
