BelFlex Staffing Network, a light industrial staffing agency, acquired Cape Fear Staffing in Fayetteville, NC.

The location expands BelFlex’s footprint in the region, which has offices in Raleigh-Durham, Sanford, Clayton and Winston-Salem, NC; and Greenville, SC.

The transaction closed Dec. 7; terms were not disclosed.

Cape Fear Staffing will become part of BelFlex Staffing Network. Executives Mike and Ann Morketter will not remain with the company. Teri Schultz has been promoted to branch manager; Schultz joined the company when it launched in 2002 and most recently served as client relations and staffing director.
