BGSF Inc. (NYSE: BGSF), a Plano, Texas-based staffing provider, appointed a chief strategy officer and a chief information officer.

The company today announced that Christopher Loope has been promoted to chief strategy officer and Nycole Rosen to chief information officer.

Loope joined BGSF in 2019 as chief information officer, leading the modernization efforts in technology and cybersecurity. Prior to BGSF, Loope held several leadership roles, including VP of operations, CIO and chief digital officer at EmployBridge.

Rosen, the new CIO, most recently served as BGSF’s VP of technology. Having joined the company in 2019, Rosen successfully established its formal project management office, where she built standard practices for managing projects and continuous improvement procedures for newly implemented technology.

Prior to BGSF, Rosen held leadership roles at industrial staffing firm EmployBridge and JourneyTeam.
