The Texas Court of Appeals on Thursday unanimously reversed and remanded a trial court’s decision that a temporary worker could not proceed with his negligence claims against a staffing buyer after he was run over by a garbage truck and severely injured, Business Insurance reported. The plaintiff was working on a garbage truck owned by Waste Management of Texas Inc., but as an employee of temporary labor supplier Taylor Smith Consulting LLC.
