Business Insurance reported a federal appeals court reinstated harassment, discrimination and retaliation charges against San Juan Capistrano, Calif.-based staffing agency STI Group Inc. and Chesapeake Energy Corp., an Oklahoma City-based oil company. Workers in the case are alleging harassment, discrimination and retaliation in violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.
