Aleron acquires RPO firm TalentRISE

February 26, 2019

Recruitment firm Aleron acquired TalentRISE, a Chicago-based provider of recruitment process outsourcing.

The transaction closed Feb. 15; terms were not disclosed.

TalentRISE joins Aleron’s brands that include Acara Solutions, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies and Viaduct, among others.

Founded in 2008, TalentRISE supports companies in nearly every vertical with talent acquisition solutions including executive search and recruitment process outsourcing. Practice group leaders Carl Kutsmode, Allicia Hahn, and Jason Krumwiede will remain with the company in similar roles.

“As our industry continues to move toward total talent solutions, we will provide a broader scope of services to customers of all Aleron companies,” Aleron President and CEO Scott Stenclik said. “TalentRISE’s capabilities, experience, and reputation will enhance Acara Solutions’ executive search services and, in addition, strengthen Broadleaf Results’ RPO offerings.”

Aleron is included on Staffing Industry Analysts’ list of largest staffing firms in the US. Formerly known as the Superior Group, the company rebranded to Aleron in 2017 and last year rebranded its staffing division from Superior Talent Resources to Acara. Aleron maintains distinct brands for each of its offerings, which also include Broadleaf Results, a provider of VMS, MSP and RPO; Lume Strategies, a provider of IT consulting; and others.
