Advantage Resourcing America Inc. named Doug Dandurand as president of Advantage Resourcing North America, effective today.

Dandurand joined Advantage Resourcing in June 2013 as senior VP of the engineering division and most recently served on the leadership team as executive VP of the technical staffing division. He assumes the president position from CEO Toshio Oka, who took on the additional role in January after Mark Marheineke left the company. Oka will remain as CEO.

“I am excited to give this opportunity to Doug, he is a proven leader within the organization,” Oka said. “Doug will build on our strength as we leverage industry focused success and work to shape next generation leaders.”
