Advantage Resourcing America Inc. and Staffmark, US-based divisions of Recruit Holdings, announced executive changes effective today.

Current Staffmark COO Yuichiro Miura will now also hold the same role at Advantage. Before Staffmark, Miura was a company partner of Recruit Group, where he was a member of the board of directors of three Recruit companies. Prior to that, he was COO for Recruit Staffing Co. Ltd., the largest staffing firm in Japan.

Jennifer Prospero was named to the CFO position with the same scope over both companies. Prospero joined Staffmark in 2004 as controller before being promoted to senior VP and treasurer.

Current Advantage Resourcing CFO Reiki Muratake will transition to the strategic role of VP corporate development.

Staffmark also named Stacey Lane as executive VP of field operations. Lane has been with Staffmark more than 17 years most recently as senior VP of the company’s West business unit and drivers division. 

“Both Jennifer and Stacey are strong, experienced leaders who have demonstrated a passion for our company and for achieving outstanding results,” CEO Geno Cutolo said. “They have been instrumental in Staffmark’s growth and success, and I am confident that Staffmark will benefit from their leadership and vision.”

Recruit, one of the world’s largest staffing firms, recently placed both companies under one CEO: Cutolo.

Advantage Resourcing North America provides services nationwide through more than 130 US locations. The North America group targets technical, IT, light industrial and administrative services. Staffmark operates more than 280 locations in the US.
