The Adecco Group announced on Tuesday a new US “Professional Recruitment and Solutions Unit,” and appointed Laurie Chamberlin to lead the new unit as its president.

Chamberlin previously served as president of the company’s legal recruitment division. In her new role, she will also lead Adecco’s other professional brands in the US, including Accounting Principals, Ajilon, Paladin, Parker + Lynch, Special Counsel, SCI, D4 and EQ.

“Bringing these businesses together under one roof enables more collaboration and a clear focus on profitable growth and innovation,” said Sergio Picarelli, global head of professional recruitment and executive board member at The Adecco Group.

In addition, the company appointed a senior team to lead the unit:

• Amanda Ellis, North America practice leader, search
• Laura Schroeder, North America practice leader, consulting
• Andy Ernst, North America practice leader, staffing
• Linda Marioni, head of professional recruitment, east and south
• Jeramy Kaiman, head of professional recruitment, west
• Christine Castaneda, head of professional recruitment, central
