Futuris Co.

Futuris Co. (OTCMKTS: FTRS), a Rockville, Maryland-based staffing provider, acquired Affordable Rehab Services, a provider of therapy staffing in Broward and Miami-Dade counties in Florida. Affordable Rehab provides physical, occupational and speech therapists to home healthcare firms. Affordable Rehab will be integrated into Health HR, a division of Futuris, and it will add 10 client contracts as part of the deal. Diane Yousefi, owner/operator of Affordable Rehab Services will join Health HR.

PRN Health Services LLC

PRN Health Services LLC, a healthcare staffing firm, has acquired Alliant Staffing LLC, according to an announcement by Aleutian Capital Group. Alliant Staffing is a healthcare staffing firm providing registered nurses, therapists and others on a per diem and travel basis. It’s headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland. PRN is based in Appleton, Wisconsin, and is a portfolio company of New York-based private equity firm Firmament.

33eleven

New York-based executive search firm 33eleven, which specializes in finding leaders for venture, growth and private-equity backed companies, has acquired Lumeidon Partners, an executive search firm focused on recruiting leaders for technology companies. Lumeidon founder Sam Boynton will join 33eleven’s team as a partner.
