Accolo Inc., a San Francisco-based recruitment process outsourcing provider, hired Michael Palmer as VP of business development to lead its growth initiatives.

Palmer created the RPO business for Ceridian and led the public sector RPO division for Adecco RPO, signing the first multi-million dollar, multi-year managed services contract in the US intelligence community with The SI, a Lockheed Martin divestiture, according to Accolo.
