The American Staffing Association elected members to its 2018 board of directors during the organization’s Staffing World 2017 show last month in Chicago. Representatives from independent firms and national companies serve on the board.

The board elected officers:

• Chairman: Kelly McCreight, Hamilton-Ryker Co.
• First vice chairman: Karenjo Goodwin, Exact Staff Inc.
• Second vice chairman: Peter Quigley, Kelly Services Inc.
• Treasurer: Leo Sheridan, Advanced Group
• Secretary: Chris Hartman, Allegis Group

ASA members elected seven directors to the board:

• Threase Baker, Abbtech Professional Resources Inc.
• Jeffrey Burnett, Labor Finders International Inc.
• John Elwood, Elwood Staffing
• James Essey, TemPositions Group of Cos.
• Chris Hartman, Allegis Group
• Leo Sheridan, Advanced Group
• Dan Thomson, CHG Healthcare Services Inc.
