AMS (formerly Alexander Mann Solutions) — a global provider of RPO, talent acquisition and TA technology advisory services — acquired 100% of the share capital in HirePower, a Canadian provider of recruitment process outsourcing.

Founded in 1992, Toronto-based HirePower provides talent acquisition solutions for many Fortune 500 companies and local mid- and large-scale organizations. The deal brings AMS on-the-ground capability and a platform to create a digital and technology sourcing and hiring center of excellence in Canada, supporting North American and global clients.

The transaction, announced on Wednesday, also broadens AMS’ client base.

London-based AMS told SIA that it will be working closely with the HirePower team on all aspects of the integration over the coming months. Financial details were not disclosed.

The deal follows AMS’ acquisitions of FlexAbility (India), The Up Group (Europe) and CnL Advisors (US).

Omers Private Equity, the investment arm of the pension plan for municipal employees of Ontario, Canada, acquired AMS in 2018.
